One of these days, I'm going to snap! Edgar thought to himself. He really had no reason to think this. It was not true. If anything, one of these days, Edgar was going to finally tire of life in the city and move back to his hometown to run his uncles farm. But, until that day comes, he will continue waking up 30 minutes early so he can catch the bus that rarely has any weirdos on it.
For the second time, Bartholomew found himself suspecting his brother to be some sort of robot. Neither this nor the last time had he considered the possibility for more than a moment, but none-the-less he had considered it. What he had not considered was the sobering fact that he was lying on a large desk, had only been powered up about 25 seconds ago, and would be shut down again in less than ten. Dr. Schaffer was very pleased with the results.
